The Access Administrator is responsible for performing all functions associated with the client's Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) processes. Specifically, the Access Administrator will: act as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for the Enterprise User Access (EUA) system and the EUA front-end interface (EFI), assist system users with identity proofing issues, coordinate credentialing through the client's badging office, and check justifications for system authorization to ensure that they meet the current established criteria.

Responsibilities:

The Access Administrator is responsible for: keeping copies of all access forms that are submitted to the client on behalf of an ActioNet staff member and maintain these hard copy paper forms for auditing purposes.

The Access Administrator will maintain the job code list in order to track each user's profile and further maintain a separate binder for all terminations.

The Access Administrator will: evaluate, analyze and troubleshoot EUA portal issues specifically – analyze and investigate user identity issues in order to assign requested CMS job codes; process and submit EUA access requests and badge request forms; prepare weekly scheduled security management reports; report on the status of the annual Computer Security Awareness Training and Role-Based Training effort.

As a member of the Security Team, the Access Administrator will also assist with various aspects of the client's Security Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) activities including preparation of; Information Security Risk Assessments (ISRA), System Security Plans (SSP) and Contingency Plans (CP) as required. AA will also participate in Security Controls Assessments (SCAs); reviews security infrastructure configurations; and provides security program support, as needed.

Required:

An undergraduate degree

2 or more years of Customer service experience.

Prospect must be able to meet the client access requirements (mandatory),

Desired:

Security certifications such as Security+ or SANS GSEC

Previous CMS experience is highly desired

Familiarity with the Government PIV card badging process a plus

An undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering related field is desired
