ManTech Action Suspense Manager/Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia

As an Action Suspense Manager you will assist in developing and managing the actions from across the customer's organization - both internally and external, to include senior customer officials in other agencies and Congress.

Responsibilities Include:

a. Provide technical support at action item status meetings, and participate and run various internal and external committees, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), staff meetings, and other meetings as directed.

b. Review policies/documents, and provide highlights of pertinent sections to Director and other staff members as appropriate.

c. Track, file, close, and archive Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by both internal and external organizations to include assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate product to the office Director or higher.

d. Prepare presentations for Directorate All-Hands Meetings, PMRs, and various reviews as required.

e. Monitor, maintain, and input data to the front office tracking systems including, but not limited to, the Un-Funded Requirements (UFR) process (ensure UFRs are up to date and ready to brief at various review panels) and perform other duties as required to support the mission.

f. Assist executive support staff and cover their non-governmental functions as required.

g. Assist with personnel actions as required.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree with a minimum of seven to nine years industry experience with an understanding of general DAG processes required. (If no bachelor's degree then at least 13-15 years of relevant experience.) Must be proactive, able to work well independently and in groups and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Five years NRO experience desired.

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years. Must be willing to submit to an initial and random polygraph.
