Job Description: Performs secretarial tasks for multiple professionals and managers in the department to support department operations.Provides administrative and clerical support to facilitate smooth operations of the department. Maintains and monitors supply inventory and biohazard waste storage. Prepares supplies for distribution. Performs data entry of medical records in an electronic medical record system. Performs scanning, processing and filing of medical records. Serves as back up receptionist. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with colleagues and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements: 2 years of relevant office experience Demonstrate ability to manage inventory Electronic medical records experience preferred Demonstrate ability to process medical records Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organization skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Proficient computer skills is a must including MS Office and MS Excel HS/GED required. Business school or college coursework preferred.
