Robert Half Finance & Accounting Payroll Administrator in REISTERSTOWN, Maryland

Robert Half is currently looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator for a growing commercial construction organization in Reisterstown, MD. Job Description: 1. Process certified payroll on a weekly basis for 125 hourly and salaried employees in MD and VA using Sage 300. 2. Remit payroll taxes and file quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns. 3. Process weekly certified payroll reports and ad hoc reports. 4. Assist with the onboarding of new hires, benefits administration, open enrollment, 401K uploads, and reconciliation of benefit deductions. 5. Support the Accounts Payable Department on an as needed basis. 6. Other tasks as assigned.
