Job Description

STGi is currently seeking a full-time Personnel Clerk to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, DC.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Performs human resources administrative, operational and/or analytical duties to ensure all functions associated with processing human resources transactions (includes verifying retirement coverage, life insurance, health insurance, thrift savings plan and verifying creditable service) are completed accurately, correctly, and in a timely fashion to meet personnel and payroll cycles. Integrates input from various sources to create a cohesive product.

Required Skills

The ability to follow simple to moderately complex directions is required. The personnel clerk must also show attention to details and demonstrate good organizational skills.

Required Experience

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience: A total of 1 year of general experience is required for this position.

General Experience is experience in working with office automation applications (e.g., Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Access), or HR/payroll systems, and with filing documents.
